After being closed for six months during the winter season, the gates of the Kedarnath Temple in Uttarakhand were opened to devotees on Friday morning. Located at an elevation of over 11,000 feet in the Rudraprayag district, the temple is home to the 11th Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva.
